Ned-Deck Marine and Palfinger AG – a stronger position in the maritime industry Ned-Deck Marine, leading manufacturer of high tech davit systems, has strengthened its position in the maritime industry with Palfinger AG, the leading international manufacturer of hydraulic lifting, loading and handling systems, which acquired a majority share within Ned-Deck Marine on July 16th 2010. This strategic partnership will enable customers to exploit the best of both companies’ core strengths in the marine, yachting, offshore and wind farm industry worldwide. Ned-Deck World Wide Service In 2009 Ned-Deck Marine has launched a worldwide service network of selected, trained and authorized service partners. More than 30 companies and 40 engineers have been authorized to service and maintain NDM equipment according to the latest rules and regulations.
